I have been experimenting with photography for many years. I have always enjoyed framing and capturing moments in time that I see around me. It wasn't until my masters that I realised I could use photography as a research and development tool for my own work and creative concepts, not simple a means of recording life around me.

Although I take photos of anything and everything that I find interesting around me, I find my creative voice speaks most loudly when I am exploring the realms of abstract photography. I have such a strong interest in materials, textures, colours and light, and how these elements speak individually and in combination with each other.
